ERNiCrMo-3<\/b> is usually used for welding of various erosion resistance and gap corrosion alloys. It is also known as alloy 112.
The minimum alloy materials used in these electrodes are molybdenum modified 317 stainless steel. The ERNiCrMo-3 electrode is used in the richer alloy composition in the nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum series, which can reach up to 625. Alloys welded with ERNICRMO-3 include Incoloy 825 and Alloy 20. This type of electrode is widely used because its nickel content is high, which allows good heterogeneous welding, and the high molybdenum content is matched or exceeded by the anti -point erosion properties of the welded consecutive beam. Due to the intensity of ERNICRMO-3 welding, a variety of high-intensity and low alloy (HSLA)-grade steel can be welded without lowering strength.
Mostly ERNiCrMo-3 is known as welding material for Inconel 626(UNS N06625).<\/p>\n
Corrosion resistance<\/b><\/u>
ERNICRMO-3 is suitable for nickel chromium molybdenum alloys, especially the welding of INCONEL625 N06625. It is also used for welding with steel and the surface of nickel chromium molybdenum alloy. The corrosion resistance of welded metal metal is equivalent to InConel625 N06625.
In acidic, neutral, or alkaline media, whether or not it contains chloride, it has good corrosion resistance.
It has good erosion resistance, gap corrosion and inter -crystal corrosion performance.
At high temperature, it has good corrosion resistance, especially antioxidant and carburizing corrosion.<\/p>\n
